First Aid at Work

Course Details: 

• • Accredited 3-day course (blended option available) suited for workplaces with a risk assessment – Medium to High.
  • First Aiders trained would learn and be confident to respond  to common emergencies.
  • Course is a mix of practical, theory, extended role play scenarios.

The Qualsafe Level 3 First Aid at Work (FAW) (RQF) qualification is valid for 3 years. This is a comprehensive 3-day course that includes:

• • First aid basics
  • First Aid Kits
  • Primary and Secondary Survey
  • CPR and use of AED
  • Placement in a recovery position, Spinal Injury Recovery, 
  • Bleeding and Shock ( including Catastrophic bleeding, chest injuries, skeletal injuries, head injuries, 
  • Choking
  • Anaphylaxis
  • Seizures
  • Causes of unconsciousness: Heart attack, Stroke, Diabetes, Epilepsy, Burns, Shock, Poisoning, Fainting, Panic attack, Asthma, etc.
