Emergency First Aid at Work
Course Details:
- Accredited 1-day course suited for workplaces with a risk assessment – Low.
- First Aiders trained would learn and be confident to respond to common emergencies.
- Course is a mix of practical, theory, role play scenarios.
The Qualsafe Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) (RQF) qualification is valid for 3 years. This is a comprehensive 6-hour course that includes:
- First aid basics
- First Aid Kits
- Primary and Secondary Survey
- CPR and use of AED
- Placement in a recovery position
- Bleeding and Shock (Catastrophic bleeding – optional)*
- Choking
- Anaphylaxis
- Seizures
- Causes of unconsciousness
Course Cost:
- £40 per person for a group of min 12 participants
- £80 per person for a group of min 6 participants
